Making his initial mark in the metal world with Capitol recording artists, OTEP, recording and touring . Scotty then met up with drummer Erik Olsson in 2009 to create a new vision
The duo teamed up with frontman, Marc Padgett and started playing clubs around Southern California, building a strong and steady following. After a year the band decided to record their first album, Eclipse of The Soul, and, while the album was met with widespread critical acclaim, he was unhappy and decided to follow the musical direction that was closest to his heart death metal. "Ive always liked Metallica and Anthrax but my focus was more toward Morbid Angel, Slayer, Testament and Sepultura." says the guitarist. "The harder the better for me. I've always gotten an adrenaline rush and a release from powerful riffs and angry vocals."
